With so many changes this year—including rollbacks to certain IRA incentives—it can be difficult to know which programs are still active. Our team has been monitoring updates closely to guide clients in making the best choices for their buildings. Incentives remain a powerful way to lower upfront costs, shorten payback periods, and make energy projects more affordable. With key deadlines approaching in 2025–2026, acting now is essential.
